Basic knowledge of motors (2)
Small three-phase asynchronous motors, usually including H80-315mm motors, have high output and wide applications. In the total load of the power grid, their electricity consumption is about 40%. The popular motor in the early 1960s was the JO2 series, which had different power levels and installation dimensions from the commonly used standards in the international market. In addition, the motor had a low starting torque and lacked noise control indicators. Therefore, the Y series motor is currently used in China. The motor is sturdy, durable, safe and reliable, so its range of use is becoming increasingly wide. However, some users use motors with an annual damage rate of up to 5%, which is mostly due to improper selection, improper use, and poor protection. Therefore, the main purpose of this lecture is to identify quality issues that occur during the use of motors and resolve them properly. The System of Small Asynchronous Motors
Small asynchronous motors can be divided into basic series, derivative series, and specialized series.
The basic series has a wide range of applications and a large production volume, and is a universal motor, such as the Y series (IP44) small three-phase asynchronous motor.
Derivative series - Based on different usage requirements, some modifications have been made on the basis of the basic series, and the components have high universality and a certain degree of unity with the basic series. There are several derivative series, including electrical derivative (such as high-efficiency motor, YX series), structural derivative (such as wound rotor motor YR series), and special environment derivative (explosion-proof motor, YB series).
Specialized series - Different from general use, it has special usage requirements and special protective conditions series, such as YZ, YZR metallurgical and lifting asynchronous motors.
